Production & Fulfillment Timeline
How long does it take to receive my order?
Each piece is made-to-order and produced with care. Please allow 2–4 weeks for production before shipping. This ensures the highest level of craftsmanship, ethical production practices, and minimal waste. You’ll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your piece ships.
Can I request expedited production?
We offer a limited number of priority production slots for a fee. Please reach out via our contact page before ordering to check availability.
Shipping & Returns
Shipping Timeline
- Domestic Orders: After the 2–4 week production window, shipping typically takes 3–5 business days.
- International Orders: Shipping times vary by region, usually 7–14 business days after production.
Returns & Exchanges
- As all items are made-to-order, we do not accept returns unless an item is defective or incorrect.
- Size exchanges may be allowed on a case-by-case basis if the garment is unworn and returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item if you have any concerns.
